Raphael Ogugwua

Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner & Mental Health Clinician

MSW, PGDip Psych, GradCert Mental Health, Cert ABA

Raphael is the clinical backbone of MyHealth Solutions, bringing deep expertise as both a Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner and Mental Health Clinician. He delivers specialist behaviour support, therapeutic services, and mental health care across the lifespan, with particular expertise in complex dual-diagnosis presentations. His calm, analytical mind and genuinely compassionate heart set the tone for the entire clinical team.

His approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and clinical excellence. Raphael works across behaviour support, domestic violence intervention, youth justice programs, and family services, always ensuring every support plan is not just clinically sound but truly personalised to the person at its centre. He is also a skilled NDIS plan manager and support coordinator, helping participants navigate the system with confidence.

Currently pursuing his PhD in Social Work (2028) with a research focus on Positive Behaviour Support, Raphael is literally shaping the evidence base that will define best practice for years to come. He is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of practitioners and fostering a culture of continuous learning and reflective practice across the whole team. With Raphael overseeing clinical governance, participants and families can trust they're receiving the highest standard of care available in the Northern Territory.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Joseph McTaggart

BExSc, Grad Cert Governance, Cert IV Allied Health, WHS

Joseph brings a uniquely broad foundation in health, safety, and governance to his behaviour support practice. With a Bachelor of Exercise Science, a Graduate Certificate in Governance, and tertiary qualifications in Allied Health and Workplace Health & Safety, he combines deep knowledge of physical wellbeing with rigorous clinical and organisational standards. This rare blend means every support plan he develops is as safe and accountable as it is effective.

Joseph takes a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to every case. His experience spans disability services, youth outreach, and community-based behaviour support, giving him an intuitive understanding of people at every life stage. He believes behaviour is communication, and his work focuses on uncovering what someone is really trying to say, then building practical, strengths-based strategies that actually work in real life. No jargon, no judgment, just genuine support that makes a difference.

When he's not working with participants, Joseph is passionate about cultural safety and inclusive practice, ensuring every person he supports feels respected and valued for who they are. His governance background also means families can trust that every interaction meets the highest professional and ethical standards.

Bec Platt

BEd (Early Childhood), MTeach

Bec brings a rare dual expertise in early childhood education and behaviour support that sets her apart. With a Bachelor of Early Childhood and a Master of Teaching, she understands not just what children need to thrive but how to translate that into real progress within family homes, classrooms, and community settings. She works across early childhood development, parenting support, and social-emotional skill building, making her one of the most versatile practitioners on the team.

Her approach is built on the belief that parents are the experts on their own children. Bec doesn't just deliver interventions, she empowers families with practical, everyday strategies that fit into real life. From sensory processing challenges to communication and social skills, she helps children build confidence and helps families rediscover joy. She also provides community access support and life skills development, ensuring each child's gains extend well beyond the therapy room.

Bec is known for her limitless patience and infectious positivity. Every small milestone is celebrated in her sessions, because she knows those small wins add up to life-changing progress. Families consistently describe her as the practitioner who made them feel truly hopeful again.

Jessica Anekwe

BNurs, MPH, MBA, Cert IV AHA, Cert IV TAE

Jessica brings an infectious energy and genuine compassion to everything she does. With a Bachelor of Nursing, a Master of Public Health, and an MBA from JCU University, she delivers behaviour support, therapeutic services, and community access support across the lifespan. Her clinical nursing foundation combined with advanced public health and business qualifications gives her a uniquely holistic perspective on participant care. Her unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life makes participants feel comfortable, safe, and empowered from the very first conversation — whether she's supporting a child learning social skills, a teen navigating the justice system, or an adult building independence.

She believes that true support means building skills for life, not just managing challenges. Jessica works alongside participants to develop practical strategies that foster independence, confidence, and meaningful community connection. Her expertise spans behaviour support, parenting support, life skills development, and social-emotional skill building, ensuring every participant receives comprehensive, wrap-around care.
